USAVEME Tokenomics
Transparent Tokenomics for a Brighter Future
Building a sustainable ecosystem that connects sponsors with children in need.
USAVEME is a for-profit technology platform with a social mission: connecting compassionate individuals directly with children, families, and verified child-focused organizations worldwide.
Our cryptocurrency, $USAVE, is designed to finance the development, operations, maintenance, and expansion of the USAVEME platform while supporting long-term ecosystem growth.
$USAVE is not a charitable donation token. Purchasing $USAVE does not constitute a donation or direct child sponsorship. Those activities take place separately through the USAVEME platform.

3. Liquidity and Exchange Expansion — 40%
Total allocation: 400,000,000 $USAVE
Liquidity is essential to making $USAVE accessible for trading.
Initial Public Liquidity — 10%
The proposed initial pool consists of:
-
100,000,000 $USAVE
-
1 SOL
-
0.25% trading-fee tier
The initial token-to-SOL ratio establishes the opening trading price. Prices will subsequently change according to buying and selling activity.
Future Liquidity and Exchange Expansion — 30%
An additional 300 million $USAVE tokens are reserved for potential future liquidity pools and trading-market expansion.
These reserves may support additional decentralized trading pairs, future exchange integrations, and improved market accessibility, subject to available funding and technical requirements.
Reserved tokens do not constitute active liquidity until deployed with appropriate paired assets. Exchange listings are not guaranteed.
4. Verified Organizations and Groups — 20%
Allocation: 200,000,000 $USAVE
Twenty percent of the total token supply is designated for distribution to verified and approved organizations and groups that support children and underserved communities.
Eligible organizations may include those working in:
-
Child welfare and protection
-
Food and nutrition
-
Healthcare access
-
Education
-
Emergency shelter and family assistance
Organizations will be subject to verification, eligibility standards, and documented distribution procedures.
Token distributions will follow a published schedule. The market value of $USAVE may fluctuate, and these allocations do not represent guaranteed cash funding.
5. Platform Development and Technology — 15%
Allocation: 150,000,000 $USAVE
This allocation is intended to support the development and improvement of USAVEME’s technology infrastructure.
Planned priorities include:
-
Website and mobile application development
-
Sponsorship management tools
-
Secure communication between sponsors and authorized guardians or organizations
-
Payment integration and transaction reporting
-
Privacy, cybersecurity, and child-protection features
-
Platform performance and international accessibility
Our objective is to make the sponsorship process easier to manage while maintaining appropriate safeguards for children.
6. Operations, Employees, and Team — 10%
Allocation: 100,000,000 $USAVE
USAVEME is a for-profit technology platform. Operating resources are necessary to maintain the platform and provide reliable services.
This allocation is intended to support staffing, infrastructure, administrative expenses, compliance, platform maintenance, and customer assistance.
Team-related allocations should follow documented release schedules to reduce the risk of large, unexpected token sales.
7. Marketing, Partnerships, and Community Growth — 10%
Allocation: 100,000,000 $USAVE
This allocation is intended to expand awareness and participation in the USAVEME ecosystem.
Activities may include marketing campaigns, educational programs, community engagement, partnership development, and outreach to sponsors and organizations.
Community incentives or promotional token distributions will be disclosed before implementation.
8. Strategic Treasury Reserve — 5%
Allocation: 50,000,000 $USAVE
The strategic treasury provides flexibility for future operational requirements, platform improvements, contingency expenses, and long-term project development.
Treasury usage will be governed by documented policies and subject to periodic reporting.
9. How USAVEME Generates Revenue
USAVEME does not intend to finance its operations by taking a percentage of sponsorship payments or donations.
Instead, the platform’s business financing model is intended to include:
-
Sales of designated project-held $USAVE tokens
-
Liquidity-provider trading fees attributable to project-controlled liquidity
-
Strategic partnerships
-
Other separately disclosed business revenue sources
The availability and value of these revenue sources are not guaranteed.
Our Direct Sponsorship Commitment
USAVEME charges no platform commission on child sponsorship payments or donations.
Sponsors are intended to send funds directly to authorized parents, guardians, or approved child-focused organizations through supported payment methods, including PayPal and cryptocurrency wallets.
USAVEME does not retain a percentage of these contributions. External payment processors and blockchain networks may charge their own fees.
Direct sponsorship and $USAVE purchases are separate transactions.
10. Migration From the Original XRP Ledger Token
USAVEME originally introduced a cryptocurrency on the XRP Ledger, accessible through Xaman (formerly XUMM).
The project is transitioning to a new Solana-based $USAVE token to improve trading compatibility, simplify ecosystem development, and pursue broader exchange accessibility.
Proposed 1:1 Token Replacement
Eligible holders of the original XRP Ledger USAVEME token may request a 1:1 replacement with the new Solana $USAVE token.
To qualify, claimants must provide verifiable evidence that they held the original token before the officially established eligibility cutoff.
Replacement requests will be subject to the published migration rules, including wallet verification, eligible balances, and prevention of duplicate claims.

11. Transparency and Accountability
USAVEME intends to publish information about how project-controlled tokens are managed, allocated, and distributed.
Our transparency objectives include:
-
Public disclosure of official token contract addresses
-
Identification of major project treasury and reserve wallets
-
Organizational distribution policies and allocation records
-
Documented token release and vesting schedules
-
Liquidity-pool information and withdrawal policies
-
Periodic financial and platform development updates
These measures are intended to strengthen accountability and help token holders understand the project’s financing and operations.
12. Risk Disclosure
$USAVE is a cryptocurrency and involves financial risk.
Its market price can fluctuate substantially. Limited liquidity, concentrated holdings, changes in market demand, technology failures, and other risks may result in significant losses.
Token ownership does not automatically confer equity, profit-sharing rights, voting rights, or guaranteed financial returns.
Future exchange listings, partnerships, platform features, and token-related revenue remain subject to implementation, regulatory requirements, and market conditions.
Purchasing $USAVE is not a charitable donation, and it does not automatically sponsor a child.
Our Long-Term Vision
USAVEME aims to build a sustainable global platform where technology connects compassionate people with children and organizations in need.
By keeping direct sponsorship contributions separate from the platform’s commercial financing activities, we seek to create a responsible business model that supports innovation, transparency, and meaningful opportunities for children.
USAVEME — Connecting Hearts. Empowering Children. Creating Opportunities.
One Child. One Sponsor. One Connection. A Better Future.
